Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: During high-volume sales periods or holidays, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Missing Items / Stolen Packages: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your residence and with neighbors first. If it remains missing, contact us so we can assist in opening a carrier search.
