• Missing Items / Stolen Packages: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your residence and with neighbors first. If it remains missing, contact us so we can assist in opening a carrier search.

• Returns, Refunds, & Exchange

• Return Policy: Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or store credit.

• Non-Returnable Items: For health and hygiene reasons, certain items (such as opened pet food/treats, personalized products, or heavily used pet bedding) cannot be returned unless defective.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
